All the dishes me and my friends tried there were from good to exceptional. Absolutely recommended.
Traveling to Munich, we stop here for a quick dinner. Although we didn't have a reservation and the place was full, they find us a seat right away. We order spatzle and snitzel, and they're enough for all 3 of us. Really perfect service, lovely place just off the highway, very kid-friendly, giant portions. Payment by cash only. We will be back!

You want REAL Bavarian hospitality? THIS is where you'll get it! A tiny place, always busy, many local regulars - in the middle of nowhere. Very "gemütlich“! It is clear the cook enjoys his job... there is always some kind of special menu and even the regular Bavarian dishes have a cool twist to them. Don't go too late though, they usually close the kitchen around 09:30. Delicious food, fresh beer, home made cake and pastries and vegetarian options make this a great destination to end a brilliant day in the Alps.
